Ironhide wrote:Well, my question is this: Did the trade include the warranty or not? If it did, then he hasn't completed his part of the transaction. I wouldn't feel obligated to complete my side of the trade if the other guy didn't complete his. Just my 2 cents.
I was thinking the same thing. If the warranty was part of the original deal, then he has not fulfilled his part of the bargain from the start. " I cant find it. When I find it later, I'll send it" does not work. What if he never finds it?

Its the same as if we made a trade for some Knights, but I cant find the horses. If you dont get the horses, you are out the money to replace them. It changes the whole dynamics of the trade.
You should not have made a deal to send anything until you received the Xbox & made sure it was working. Electronics can easily be damaged while shipping. I hope it works out for you.

Hey Steve, outside of Bartertown and anything GW related. Xboxes, original and 360 are my job. I repair them [almost everytime].

If he didn't provide a warranty or receipt, nail him for it. Any hesitation I have seen in the past about a warranty OR receipot and it has been the same deal. A scam. If they refuse the paperwork, it's a good chance it's dead or dying machine they want out from under quick.

I have been wrong before but on this one. Cover your butt man.

Just my two cents.
