I was thinking the same thing. If the warranty was part of the original deal,then he has not fulfilled his part of the bargain from the start. " I cant find it. Its the same as if we made a trade for some Knights, but I cant find the horses. If you dont get the horses, you are out the money to replace them. It changes the whole dynamics of the trade.
You should not have made a deal to send anything until you received the Xbox & made sure it was working. Electronics can easily be damaged while shipping. I hope it works out for you.
