Re: Simple Green & glue removal, other paint removal/glue id
For plastics break fluid will work but it takes a good bit of time. I'm not sure how long exactly but I have had a batch of 20 tactical marine sitting in a tub of the stuff for about two years now. (No lie
, Out of laziness not necessity ) The plastic is still in good condition on them just has a slimy feeling on it, a good wash under cold water will remove the majority of the paint and the slimy feeling. There will still be some paint left in the cracks and recesses of the model, but a toothpick or a toothbrush can get this paint out with no problem. It also took the super glue off of my models. Maybe one day I will around to cleaning all of the models and repainting them.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.
