Time/Date issues

My main browser is Firefox. I have noticed that all the date/time stamps are this fUTC31bUTC193bfUTC19f. It doesn't matter which forum it is or whether it is a PM.

I don't have this problem with Internet Explorer.

Any ideas on what has happened?

I use firefox, never seen what you're describing.
mon·ey: noun; a good that acts as a medium of exchange in transactions.
