Signiture Advertising

Due to the massive amount of chatter on DZ's charity topic a question came up in my mind.

Is it ok to advertise someone's store in your signature if they are not advertising with the site? I don't recall anything from the rules for or against.

I've contacted the owner of the e-store and told him of bartertown and that he could advertise. He's thinking about it.

That is something we have considered in the past.

The mods and I will talk it over and render a decision before too long.
