OK, maybe you missed something. My trade partner is going to make good on the trade. He scrounged up a replacement and is FedEx'ing it down here. As my trade partner is sending this, technically, I have not lost anything. My trade partner (and his company) have.

Now, I really hope they prosecute the little puke. But, if I turn around and file a police report and then get the item in trade later (less than 24 hours according to the FedEx Tracking System), I go to jail for filing a false report. I know this item is coming. I'm out of it at this point and there is nothing I can really do other than encourage them to prosecute. In the end, it is their choice though.

the trade partner still needs to file. he's lost both items.

Heh, I had a trade going with the same guy. He said he was gonna do the same for me (honor the trade).
