Well the wind has been strong, also the rip currents, not alot of people on the beah or swimming.
Surfers are out though. Then again, unless it's dead flat, they are.
And if he/they go to South Beach, which is $$ in Miami, then he'd get wife aggro for looking at all the women in almost bathing suits.
