Can someone help identify this undead wight figure?

I won a huge lot of WFB/40K models on eBay, this guy was stuck in there, and I cannot for the life of me find out what the name/manufacturer of the model is.

Sits about 65mm tall, resin/metal combo. Has a bunch of horns/spikes, kind of want to know where they go.
