Good folks like these guys are the reason Bartertown is awesome.
I bought an IG model from GearHead, which arrived much sooner than I had planned. I happily cleaned up my mailbox and moved on. A couple days later an envelope arrived with a tiny component I didn't even realize was missing, shipped at his expense.
Valhallansurfer and I had been in communication about a purchase for a couple weeks. When the package arrived, I was surprised to find some extra great stuff he threw in. Great guy who has his priorities in order!

A few trade guidlines:
1) If your feedback is significantly lower, I expect you to ship first, even if I'm buying- Money carries greater risks than minis: I can't buy groceries with a box of Tac Marines!
2) Communication is key! I'm a reasonable guy (I try,) so if there's a problem, tell me!
3) I package things well, you should do the same. Protect minis from each other, too.
4) Leave feedback!
