Posting a Reference for a new trader.

Is there any sort of waiting period for someone that has a 0 rating or an admin approval for any reference for a new person?

I just successfully completed a trade with a 0 rated trader (single model, $20 value) and wanted to give them their first reference.
However every time I try to post the reference the screen just jumps back to the initial post a reference page.

After you hit submit there is a 2nd prompt asking for you to confirm the desire to post said reference. Are you getting that?

Yeah, after I click yes is where it flips back.

That sounds about right. Have you checked to ensure that the ref is in fact not being left?

Yes, I check both in his references and in my outgoing/sent emails for the notification that a good reference was sent.

PM'd but I don't suspect it's harmful that I mention it here too. I'm trying to leave a positive reference for Katosaga.

I was able to leave him a refer(which will be removed shortly).

That's what I'm trying to do. but I suspect this might be a Chrome/Work-firewall issue as I'm having to log in multiple times too.

Yeah it worked just fine with Chrome from home. Damn you work firewall!!!
