Trade was my part assembled Grey Knight Termies for Skarsnik. I shipped first and when Rob received my trade he discovered that the Skarsnik was missing the squig. He left me know right away and sent me options on what his was willing to do. He was even willing to go out and buy a new figure to complete the trade. In the end we setted on the orginal deal plus another mini which I needed and Rob had them shipped out right away.

Never once was I worried that Rob wouldn't come through on his end, he was always very quick to respond to messages and tried his best to work out a deal that made us both happy.

He is one of the reasons's I keep comming back to Btown.
