When can you cancel a deal?

I say this because I seem to possibly have a situation. Now I dont want to claim he's a bad trader or backed out- he could actually have a family tragdey- he does have over 100 good trade references.

I can produce the PM's(or send them to Magic memories) upon request. The deal started back on Sat the 14th, Suppose to send the models the 16th Monday(him first). Contacted wensday the 18th and he apologized and said he had family tragedy. I told him to take his time......but now, I dont know. Its a week later from last PM.

I'm not sure how accurate the "Last visted" item his on his profile.

I'd obviously drop him a Pm and cancel it.

Advise?

Interestingly enough, I sent him a message just a short while ago today canceling our deal....and its already been picked up. No reply.

I would say you could cancel anytime, with the stipulation, that you are ONLY because he's having family problems and don't think he can continue with the deal.
