I'm also sticking it out in the Kindle Library section so Amazon Prime users can 'loan' it and I still get a few cents in the pocket.

It's now also in paperback (366 pages) on Amazon.com - again, much faster than anticipated.
It's forming part of the reading list for the next intake of students on one of the cultural anthropology courses at Akita Universita, Japan, too... Which is nice!

Deffo on Amazon in paperback, but I am not sure if it's hit the bricks and mortar distributors yet.
