Messages staying in outbox

Hi,

I'm new to Btown and I've purchased something and I've found that my PM's to this person (jcoke21) are staying in my outbox as opposed to my sent box. I haven't heard from him for about a week now and am starting to get nervous. If a message stays in my outbox but not in my sent boxes, is it actually being sent to the other person's inbox?

Outbox means that it has not been read. It will move the the Sentbox once the program believe it has been looked at.
