been a week with no package and no contact.. contact paypal?
I bought some medals from a guy recently, and he said he was gonna ship last sat. He would have done so friday, but it was veterans day. Anywho, he hasnt been on since, and I haven't received the package yet. Is it too soon to contact paypal? which was how I paid? I don't wanna be a dick. But with the holidays coming, if its not on its way, I need every penny I can for gifts! What should I do?
I follow the idea LOWER references ships/pays first. It keeps things safer for anyone, as I would never desire to have to start over again. Nor would I want to loose the trust of any fellow gamers. That is how I ended up with my reference collection! I always follow through with my deal!

PM me the nic of the other user, if you would.
Has he been onsite since you started asking about the parcel and mailing? Do you still have messages in your outbox?

2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.
If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.

I'd file with PayPal.
