The Exactly What It Says On The Tin, I have his name and address , all the PM's sent (that have the agreement and two tracking numbers in them ) . Will i need anything else

Pretty much everything.
You'll need printed versions of the entire deal, just like you print out here for a BTR.
It needs to have all of the dates and amounts. What was going to be sent and it's worth.

If the deal, for example, said I'll send you 2 squads of GK for 2 squads of BA assault doesn't show a worth. You'll need to copy from GW's site how much those are worth for new, unsed, unbuilt models.

When making deals, it's always best to have worths listed in the trade.
So the above should say, I'll trade you 2 squads of GK [retail is $33 each, 2x33=$66], for 2 squads of BA assault squad [$33 each, 2x 33 =$66].
