Primer Problem

In Florida, the humidity is never low. Ever. The only primer I had problems with paint turning powdery is Armory. I recently had a problem with Walmart black spray primer. No matter how much I shook it up, it wouldn't mix evenly. It was a gloss that was bought by mistake. I usually use flat and naver had a problem.
I've been painting models since the mid 70's. I've used lots of paint.
I game with a couple guys who are professional painters. 1 owns a furnature repair shop, the other is his employee. They've been painting for well over 30 years. I get all types of painting tips from them.

The 1 that's the owner is the guy who started using banana boxes for storing minis. He said last night, that he can get about 170 models, including vehicles, in a box. The box has seperate shelves made out of wood to hold the minis.
He has about a dozen boxes for holding minis and custom made terrain. [this past weekend, his table won best terrain, at a gaming convention.]

You get the powdery residue if it's too hot, too. The paint starts drying in the air on the way to the model... also, if it's ALMOST hot and you're spraying from too far away.
