Ogre pics have leaked today and OMG.

As a long (not the beginning but long enough) time fan and player, I am in love with these pics. It is truly like Xmas in August...

Thanks! I got so excited about showing the Btowners this I forgot where to put it!!!!

For me, my faves are Pic 1 (mammox as it has been called on Ogre site) and Pic 3 (Cannon of the Sky Titans). Can't wait to get a hold of some of these...

Holy Mooly..
How many impact hits do those things do?

Crap they look big.

I might have to trade/sell off my WoC and start ogres.

As soon as any new army book or codex comes out, it's the newest flavor of the month.
and with 40k it's usually the most broken.

At least these are painted by a better artist. The how-to-paint them on the sight sux.

The biggest problem with most of the GW painters is that they're painting models. They want them to look like models, not realistic. These included.

Look in any copy of the various modeling magainzes, military or horror, and see the difference.

Horror models have pastels and real make-up on the faces to look real.
Ebay is selling weathering kits for military models that resembles eye shadow.

GW, just selling paint, and using decades old techinques.

Look in the creative section here. Someone has a greater deamon of nurgle that's painted better than 95% of the stuff on GW's site. True it still looks more model than alive, but 10 times better than GW's.

Other than the Ironblaster, (which is ridiculous,) and not getting Sabretusks redone, (they're too blocky looking,) GW really knocked this one out of the park.
