Issues viewing my inbox *ADDRESSED* (look inside)

I didn't know where else to post this, please move/delete it as needed.

I am having issues viewing my PM inbox; it says that I am not authorized to view messages. I managed to send one a minute ago, although I have no idea if it went through or not.

Is anyone else having this problem?
