Bumping posts

Post by Joeb »

Hey,

I just noticed that when I respond to my own posts it doesn't bump them. Do posts only go to the top of the forum if someone else replies?

Post do not bump here. It's also against our rules.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Have you read the site rules? viewtopic.php?f=44&t=45470 If not do so.

My apologies. I will simply repost the updated trade information after 7 days have passed.

You CAN reply to your own trade ad to note that something has changed. i.e. You've lowered your asking price or sold off some things. You CANNOT just post stuff like "bump" or "still for sale." In other words, if there is new information that impacts the ad then you are allowed to post it. Posting simply to draw attention to your post by showing new activity is a no-no.
