What happened to my post?

Hello

At the beginning of the month I posted an extensive list of miniatures for trade on the 40K forums. I have since made a trade for some of the models and when I went back to find my post via the View you posts option it was not listed. I then went into the 40k trading forums and also could not find it. A post that I made a week later is still there but sadly the long list was not. My post was tittled H:Large Catachan army W: Money. I was hoping there is someway I could find this post as I did not save it and the list of miniatures and prices was a long one. Any search that I do also does not list my post.

The boards are self cleaning, old adds go away after a certain period of time.

If anybody replied and quoted your original post in their PM, you might be able to pull your list from there- might be worth flipping through your old PMs before you sit down and write the whole list out again.

The posts drop off by volume.
I don't know what the exact number is, but say the 40k Forum holds 500 ads.
When you first post you ad it's at the top.
As other people post their ads yours is moved down.
Once 499 people post ads after you, your is at the very bottom, once the 500th person posts their ad, yours drops off the bottom. that is what we mean by self cleaning.

You are allowed to repost your ad every 7 days. I try to keep a copy of my ads saved in word, so I can copy and paaste as needed.
