D&D Campign/Kingdom game????

Greetings!

Is there any system out there kind of like the old Birthright setting? A Kingdom campaign- with turns/resources spent on building armies, increasing defenses, harvesting food,collecting taxes, etc,etc.

Anything like that around??

Kingmaker AP from Paizo (Pathfinder) is a good adventure with kingdom building rules. I do not think they are as indepth as Birthright was but it might be a good place to start.
