Going rate for BloodBowl teams?

Post by connivingsumo »

Hey there BTowners!

I listed some BloodBowl teams, listed retail, and said the asking price was -30%. After I posted it, I thought maybe I should check to see what the going rate is; after all, it has been a while since I've bought/sold GW BB.

Happy New Year to all of you!

Cheers!

I would suggest feebay.
Look at completed auctions only.

That should give you an idea of what going rate is.

If it's stuff you can buy from GW now, then 30% off is probably a good selling point. It's lower than online retailers, but not so low that you take a complete butt-kicking on the price.

If it's OOP, then I don't even want to guess, as it could go high or low. I don't play Blood Bowl, so I don't know what's good or not.

The thing is it is Specialist Games so even if it is something you can buy from GW, it is direct only so the typical Internet Merchant discounts don't apply.
By trading with me you agree that all signature based trade rules are not in force. If it isn't in the PM thread then it doesn't apply.

I'd say it'd depend on the teams win/loss record. ;-)

Yea, what wookie said. Even the teams still in production are now GW direct only. I'd say 10% off is fair for the non-oop stuff.

The pricing for Blood Bowl stuff general goes like this:

3rd edition stuff is the most common and general goes for about 30 dollars for the 12 man teams. Might go much lower like 15-25.

2ed Ed Teams go closer to the 40 dollar level.

The newer the items they are often go for higher since they were produced after GW stopped pushing blood bowl in the store.
