Need help identifying a OOP Harlequin

Post by peacemystic »

Hey all
My battery has died on my camera, so i can't take a pic sorry about that, but I have a OOP Harlequin that looks like a high Warlock, has the hood and the power fist with the 3 blades, but the other arm is holding what might be a lance or maybe some early Death Jester weapon.
Looked at The Stuff of Legend site, didn't find it......again sorry about not having a pic
any Help would be great
Cheers
Steve

Similar, but not the same, the weapon in his other hand is elongated like a lance however, not the short weapon this one has
Thanks

Hey, Thanks for the pics
But he's not there,as with the other post, its very similar, and i'm starting to wonder if maybe its just a well done conversion, the weapon in the other hands looks like it could have been an oop bright lance, I think I might see some glue, doesn't help that he's bottom tab as been removed.
again thanks

Well, you could always strip the model to find out. A few hours in some acetone will kill any superglue on the model.

Lower rating? You ship first.

I'm not an "expert" (ie an a-hole from out of town), but in my experience with this line, I've never seen a Warlock fig equipped with a Brightlance or a Shrieker cannon. Those weapons were restricted to Death Jesters, so I suspect you are looking at a conversion.

Just my 2 cents on this.

If you go to drop that fig in a stripping agent, remember acetone will eat the plastic so any plastic bits that may have gone into the conversion will go bye-bye with the superglue.

To my knowledge, and the fact that I owned all of them at one point in time, the two pics I posted encompass the whole OOP Harlequin range. I firmly believe that what you got is a conversion.

OOP Harlequins are all metal, no plastic, so not a concern.

The OP has a converted Death Jester with Rive Blades from a Shadowseer.

I understand they're all metal, but a conversion CAN have plastic or resin bits. Therefore acetone COULD destroy those pieces if the converter didn't use all metal bits for the conversion.

Or, you could use a plastic-safe stripper like CSC, and not sweat it.

Thank you all gentleman, its all metal, so no problems on the plastic :-D
I saw I also have an old Death Jester with the barrell removed, so i'm assuming this guy was into conversions
