Possible bad trade question

Post by kutzmon »

Good day,
Well, it finally happened. I got scammed. I have a question about statute of limitations on filing USPS fraud. How long can you let something go before you cannot file a complaint, (it's been about 6 weeks since the deal-gone-wrong) and if I can file, is it worth it to file against a Canadian citizen? (You may remember this guy, Warmungerer) I will post proof of the deal when I get home and access my email. Of course I know better than to deal with people on the bad trader list but I just skipped over his name on the last discussion. If anyone has information on reccommendations on filing please let me know.

Thanks,
The Kutzmon
Yes, Wyoming. It's one of the big square states out west. No, that one's Montana... no, that one's Colorado. The one in the middle, yeah, that square state.

I WILL reply to ALL pm's because it's common courtesy... yep... courtesy.

Moved as part of the BTR cleanup.
2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.

Folks I am awaiting a ref from.. Zack
