uhm are your prices in euros or aud? if they are in euros i think we may come to some sort of agreement if they are in aud i think we probably won't i reckon rrp + 50% is ok for most of the stuff except for the titan dragon, which is as rare as hens teeth nowadays, for which i have a valuation at 400 GBP so ~ 670 AUD

With the blisters, if they are NiB with no obvious damage thats fine, do not hassle yourself there. But for the open boxed sets, it would only be proper for all parts to be present and undamaged. Heck, I dont mind if you wanted to clean the parts for me

I have completed all my other trades and was wondering what you thought of the prices I offered?
Those I adjusted I did so, according to what the items are going for on Ebay and base dupon similar trades for other Rackham minis. I understand that one Rackham mini is not the same as another, which is why I specified the condition that I wish. As you would understand better than I the condition affects the value. However, as I plan to paint and display these for my own collection, I have also considered what they are worth to me.
If you wish to negotiate further on prices, please contact me and we can come to an agreement. There are some minis that I will need to change my offer on though, as I have either seen one cheaper or may need to remove them as I have picked one up from another trade over the last week and forgot to ammend my list I provided you with. I have reconsidered my stance on the pricing and will only buy the NSIB as MINT discqualifies any collector pricing you wish to apply to them.
Im only interested in paying for those which I can receive and not those in transit. In fact, now that I think on it, what is to stop you taking my funds and selling the minis to someone else.

I gave you a price you sent a lower counteroffer, as such i was under the impression that you couldnor would not pay my asking prices, collectors prices are higher, once i have sold an item i have sold it and will not go back on that, however whilst iam still negotiating i do not guarntee items, once you hear something like yes we have a deal or yes that will be fine from me then those items are yours, i also see myself bound by my offers untill you either decline of submit a counteroffer. if you wish to buy at colectors pricing that is fine by me

iam not sure what i have done to offend you, simply offering me 20 bucks for an item does not guarantee it for you (however if i offer you an item for 20 bucks and you accpt that offer ot does), if you would rather offer me 50$ for the tiger 120$ for the devourer box and 55$ for the black wolfen, which are what collectors prices are by the way, then i think you can have my spare copies
(However i was under the impression that you were not willing to spend this much and as such sold them to Thomas rather than to you)as i have said i guarantee that you will recieve any items you pay for in the condition that i described them in, if you haven't paid for them or we have not agreed to a price then they are fair game to anyone who offers me more for them.

PS: if you do not wish to buy miniatures from me then that is okay with you, however i will not stand accused of dishonesty or fraudulent behaviour, if that was the intent of your prior e-mail then i respectfully suggest you look to get the miniatures you are after elsewhere as i do not wish to deal with persons that do not trust me or accuse me of such.

Between the time you offered the minis and your last pm, the condition of the minis that we negotiated on changed from NiB to 'MINT', thus could not justify the prices you asked.
My counter offers were justified, as most of the stuff you listed was not readily available to you, it was still overseas. Why would I pay you now and then have to wait weeks for the items? Your prices are mroe than even Ludiks and Ebay for the items you are selling, thus I offered lower prices.
You did not negotiate and after reporting your behaviour to a Mod and others on my friends list, I received the same response. You are apparently not known for positive attitude on these forums and I have warned others from trading with you. You are not fair and very greedy.
I will not offer the excuse to you that you are ignorant of this or even have poor english. You are not a good human being.
I will not conduct any trades with you and hope that noone else is a sucker to your hollow lies.
