Rinse in clean water. I dump the parts in a sink full of clean water and then scrub them one by one with the toothbrush. Finish up with a rinse under running water to remove any paint particles and set aside to air dry.

Yes, primer bonds to plastic. Even so-called GW "primer" will bond to plastic (but not metal.) I love it when I get a metal model primed with GW primer. It slides right off after an overnight soak in CSC.

As I said, I use gesso on my models. Especially the plastic ones. Works great for me, and haven't had any problems with chipping paint once the models have been sealed.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
