MiddlePillarPathPainting

Post by gohkmkelvin »

Hi all,

Has anyone had any issues dealing with the member called MiddlePillarPathPainting? In Oct, we agreed on a trade, and since I had a lower rating, I sent stuff across first. Since then, I've sent him repeated PMs, trying to see if my stuff has gotten to him safely and if he'd posted my stuff out. Complete nada from him so far. As far as I can tell, my PMs are being read and then ignored.

Does anybody know what's up with this bloke? Is he in strife or something that's preventing him from replying to me? It's been a solid 3 months now, and I'm beginning to get antsy.

Cheers!

Good Day,

While I haven't 'traded' with Jason & Heather I have had two commissions done in the time frame you are speaking of and they are working on a third.

I haven't had any problems receiving my models back once they were done.

Let me send them an email and see what's up, if you could send me a PM with the trade details it will make it easier to get some answers.

Did you send your items with Delivery Confirmation? If so that should tell you if they were delivered, if not then it is harder to tell if/when the items arrived.

Please send me the information as soon as you can and I will get right on it.

Thank you,

I've never traded with him but he has taken part in the painting contest. He got his model back on time and did a very good job at that. He seemed like a pretty good trader.

Hope it works out,

Benjamin
LOOK OUT FOR THAT HAMMER!!!!!!

1. Less refs you'll probably have to ship first,
2. Please pm me even if a simple no. I will always try to do the same for you
3. PLEASE tell me what edition your warhammer stuff is! If you say you have a model and don't specify people assume you mean a seven edition. Not a worthless fourth edition.

BAD traders: Haven't found any yet
Amazing traders: Grimdisco

Hey gohkmkelvin...

Firsthand, I understand that he was away for sometime and has only recently began to login into BT again and check PMs. I'm sure he'll get to you. Phoebus 28 had an outstanding trade that was just resolved recently and was getting anxious as well ;). MM PM'ed him for Phoebus, so he may be able to ping MPPP for you too.

MPPP has always been good to deal with since I have been here, so I'm sure you'll get the PM you are looking for soon.

Lower BT ratings ships first; paypal preferred. Reply to PMs, even with a "no thanks." I may lag, but I will reply!

Please try to leave a ref for each transaction. I always will. It tells myself and others what kind of trade partner I am!

Yup I had some issues. I shipped first and he received and confirmed and it took over 2 weeks for him to ship out my stuff. He hadn't logged into BT for quite awhile and I wasn't able to reach him on IM as well. But my stuff got shipped the one day he logged in. He still never responded to my PM's but to have an outstanding trade since OCT is definitely not cool and I hope your trade gets resolved.

I have had several transactions with MPPP. In my humble opinion, if Jason appears to be blowing you off, there is something else at foot. All of my dealings with him have been spot on and couldn't ask for a better trader. I know it doesn't help you in your shoes, but I'm sure there is some underlying cause. Definintely try to email him and go outside of the BT pm system for more results, of course keep your emails for your own security.

Lower rating? I ask that you ship first. Also, if I offer a stupidly good deal and you try to negotiate even lower...don't call it bad communication that you didn't get a reply. I deleted the message.

Thanks for the responses, guys. Yeah, I figured MiddlePillarPathPainting was probably swamped (they're a commercial painting enterprise, after all). This was later on confirmed by another member of BT, who's assisting me in resolving this. No dramas - heaven knows I've got enough to paint!

Cheers, y'all!

Locking Thread

MPPP and OP are back in contact and OP's package should be shipped soon.

Once he receives it I will unlock so he can post that all is well.
