Looking at what you got, and what you are getting in trade, should give you enough fire warriors.
Pathfinders are fine without the rail rifles. IME, when you give them rail rifles they tend to draw a lot of fire and don't last as long. Besides, what makes the pathfinders good is their markerlights. Markerlights are good. Also, the rail rifles tend to make them to costly points wise. Same goes for the Stealth suits. Equipping the Stealths with fusion blasters tends to make them too costly and draws a lot of fire. Theit burst cannons are best used for taking out low AP infantry.
Two builds for Tau, Mech Tau and Gunline Tau. Mech Tau doesn't have much use for Kroot, while gunline Tau needs Kroot as a counter-attack force so the FW can keep laying down fire.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
