Just a quick question is this the same Konversion that there were 2 or 3 other BTR against a few months back? I saw a couple of posts on items I liked but wanted to clarify as I wasn't sure..
And also, if it is...is there some kind of limit a trader can reach where you recieve x amount of BTR complaints over a y period of time that gets you black listed?
I don't think it was that clear in the rules (or if it was I missed it)

Re: BTR Question
Yes, it is him and no, there is no limit.
He's made good on each complaint on him, so there's really no "punishment" that is appropriate.
Speaking generally, and not about this individual...
You will find that these things have a way of policing themselves & working themselves out. Traders who have continued and/or excessive problems will have less and less opportunity for trades, as less people will want to trade with them. This will lead them to eventually leave the site or to improve their trade practices.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Re: BTR Question
Well, really, you don't see it in action all that much. Typically, the people straighten themselves out before the shunning begins.

Re: BTR Question
From what I've seen, Btown doesn't start locking until things get out of hand. Btown leaves most of the policing to the individual traders involved. That is why it's important to read feedback.
