Inbox Issues.
I seem to be unable to receive many of the PM's that people are sending me, obviously, this is providing difficulties to trades. Can Anyone help me?

I've had the same issue, where I've sent PM's and their intended recipient never received them.
Not sure what caused it or how to fix it, though.

Look at your inbox.
Is it full?
If it is, then you need to check your settings.
They might be going into another folder (like your "Saved" folder), or they might not be coming to you at all, depending on what "rules" you have set up.
