ITL PM's & ITL references don't work for me

ITL PM's & ITL references don't work for me

I've gotten 3 PM's informing that trade partners Robia & Craaag have left me positive feedback. Unfortunately, when I check my references by name or e-mail address, none have shown up. Anybody else having this problem?

A divorce & e-mail address change haven't kept my trade refs up to date.
