Difficulty PMing

I'm terribly sorry to post this here, but I wasn't sure where else to find help.

I'm trying to conclude two trades and I cannot seem to get the PM system to send the PMs that I have created. They just sit in my outbox.

I have monkeyed around some and cleaned out my various inboxes so I don't think it is a size restriction. I have also tried to send fresh PMs (without all of the attached record of previous PMs) and they just won't go. And I have tried to edit the PMs in the outbox and re-send them. But the darned things just won't go!

Anyhow, any suggestions would be much appreciated. Perhaps the PM system is having some difficulties and I should just cool my jets?

Okay, so never mind. I guess the PMs were going but also going to my out box? Anyhow, all is resolved; sorry for the trouble!

When you send a PM it sits in your Outbox until the person you are sending it to reads it then it isn't in your outbox anymore. THe PM function is working normally in your case it just doesn't behave like you would expect it to especially if you are used to the way email works. When you send an email it sits in your inbox until its officially sent then disappears from you box.

Huh. That explains everything--thanks. yes, very different than email. I appreciate the explanation.

Be more careful when reading Subject lines than I was.

"Difficulty PM-ing" is VERY different than "Difficulty P-ing."
