Bitkingdom, GTGU any feedback?

Post by jul »

hello fellows,

With the new marines coming, i might tempted by some of them (actually i AM tempted...:) )
I'm currently taking much of my stuffs from chaosorc, never had a problem with andrew and i will surely continue in the future. but as some of you might know, the inventory on chaosorc is relative.

I saw the ad here for bitkingdom and searched for previous post which could give a better idea and a friend told me also about Gorillatactics.

Any feedback on those two?

what i'm mainly wondering what is the delay between the order and the reception of goods.

Thank you

Cheers

I've ordered through Bit Kingdom. Ordering via email causes a lag in response, and the shipping time was a bit less than stellar, but I did get an awesome deal when all was said and done. His inventory is spotty on high demand bits though.

I just made a purchase from Bitkingdom last week.

I was looking around for dual assault cannon bits from the Ravenwing sprue for my Razorbacks. I found the bits on several sites, but BK had the best price/ set. A quick call to Bitkingdom, and Nate told me he only had 1 set in bits, BUT he had 15 complete Ravenwing sprues for $5 each. I purchased all 15, netting me free shipping. To get the exact same set of assault cannons in the same quantity from one of his competitors would have cost me $209.70... Obviously, in this specific case, BK was the best deal for me.

My order was shipped via UPS the next day 9/19 and was delivered yesterday 9/25. This was a little slow for my liking, but I got what I paid for and Nate did provide tracking info so I could confirm the package's progress to NJ. In the future, I will request a faster method.

Overall I was very satisfied with the services BK provided and would definitely utilize it again.
Price= A+++++++++
Shipping= B (solid)
Customer Service= A

I've also used Warstore and Bits and Kits UK and will continue to use all 3 based on my needs. I would not hesitate to recomend BK for other traders. My only suggestion is to call them and place your order directly so you know exactly what's in stock and what deals they might be offering.

On your shipping slip, where does BitKingdom ship out of? 4 days (BUSINESS days, thats all UPS and Fedex go by) isn't too bad since you're in New Jersey. If he ships out of California or Washington, etc, then thats actually faster than usual.

The only way to get it any faster is to pay for 2-day Air, or take a chance with the USPS Priority Mail. It might beat UPS Ground, it might not.
Lower rating? You ship/pay first. No exceptions.
Yes I have a bad report. Yes it was my mistake. Yes it's been resolved. The above still applies.

Home base for Bitkingdom is Nebraska. I believe UPS stops by his place daily.

I made another purchase from Bitkingdom today. It was handed off to UPS and tracking # was sent via e-mail. I give him alot of credit for such fast shipping.

My only suggestion is to call directly. His UPS person picks up around 3pm. Make your order before 2pm and it will likely get shipped the same day.

He's got the best prices I've seen within the continental U.S.
The same order would have been $20 more from Neal.

Very nice guy and a great service.
