live chat problems

Ok i just tried to get onto the live chat and every time i put in the right information it tells me i have the wrong username or password. ive checked my firewall and it shouldnt be a problem so can any1 help me or pt. me in the right direction

its been screwed up for months... No one can use it. We all miss it.. The site admins even know about it.. There is just too much for them to get done first.
