How do you read the date stamping?

Hello

I am having great difficulty understanding the date stamping used by Bartertown. Any help with how to read them?

For instance, the date stamp for this post is "1bUTC7f06b02am80f"
How do you get 12/22/07 at 4:50pm from this?

Your date profile is corrupt.. go into your profile and set it to somthing like this...
