A little worried about a trade.
Hey guys, I've done a small handful of trades, and they went well, open communication, fast shipping times, etc, but now I'm in a bad one. The trader and I had a lot of communication while arranging the deal and according to rank, I shipped first. Now the communication has ceased, and as far as I know my items haven't been shipped. It shows that he has heen onlibe several times in the last week (including today), but he hasn't replied to any of my messages after say8ng he got my stuff. The trade was my 2 warhound titans (one of them pro painted) for his $1650.00 worth of CoO and him to pay shipping both ways. I haven't received payment for shipping, and only know that as of last week he will ship out the circle asap. How much longer should I wait until I post a bad trade report, and what action should I take to get reimbursement for my goods? I did pay for $1700.00 worth of shipping insurance incase something went wrong.

Hooo boy. Did you get alternate contact info for him? That's a lot of product in a trade. I would try a non-pm contact, if at all possible.
edit: From the rules:

The definition of legitimate complaint will meet at least 3 of the 4 additional criteria after the first listed below :
If you have not received your part of the trade/purchase within a reasonable time after you've sent what you agreed to,
If you have tried contacting the other party and they have not replied to your satisfaction within a reasonable time,
If they are being deceptive (and you can prove it) or otherwise ignoring you,
If you don't get what you bought,
If the items arrive in a different condition than what they were promised (ie damaged or pieces missing),
Looks like the first three are what you are concerned with. You are at about a week though (from what I saw) so whether that is reasonable is the wiggly bit.

Re: A little worried about a trade.
If he's been online several times, I'd try an alternate method but also PM a mod right away. MagickalMemories is my usual go-to if I have a serious question or need to light a fire. They can always take the step of PMing the person as well. That's a large trade value, so it's understandable to be worried.
What day, exactly, was he supposed to ship? Was he supposed to give you a DC # when he did?

I have emailed him a couple of times already, and no reply. I will try messaging a mod and see if that speeds things up.
