eBay vs. B-town - user charge back

Post by jdelrio22 »

I have a guy that recently bought an item from me on Ebay. He has a B-town profile and after the sale he asked me about an item that I posted that he saw on B-town. I did not have the item available so I shipped the items he bought with confirmation. The person has now started a chargeback and has not replied to my messages. Since he does have a B-town profile should this be considered a bad trade?

No, as it was an ebay deal and not a bartertown one. The fact that he has an account here is irrelevant to the ebay transaction.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Have you read the site rules? viewtopic.php?f=44&t=45470 If not do so.

Make sure you get the D.C. information to feebay ASAP, though.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.
