Figuring out a phone number?

Hi,

Recently I made a trade on another site and the other user apparently never sent their package. So I'm out a Land Raider. I have the person's name and address, but not their phone number. If I had that I could at least call them and ask what is going on, since they haven't been online in awhile. Is there anyway I can do that?

use a reverse directory. Should be able to find one online
