Warseer has a trade section. Not nearly as "official" as here but I had good experiences with them.

Quite a long time ago I used gamesonthego.net for trading Warmachine/Hordes. I have not visited them in quite a while (since I joined this site at least), so I am not sure if they are even up any longer. I received an e-mail that they were reformatting their site or somesuch, but never checked it out. I cannot check it from this computer, but will try later tonight if nobody else chimes in.
***EDIT*** I just checked and it is still down. It did not seem to have a lot of traffic, so who knows when or if it will come back.

Frothers does trading as well, but they are decidedly European centric and can be a bit abrasive.
