Checking a users references rating and Outbox Question

Is there a way to check a user's references / rating value without searching for post by them and then opening the post. It seems like I can only see / access the references directly from a forum post and not by clicking on their user name in my PM box.

Also, if I have a PM in my Outbox does this mean that a user has not read the message yet? Conversely, if I sent a message and it's no longer in the outbox does that verify the user has at least opened the PM?

1. Look up top. There's a button labeled "Check References." From there you can just type in a username and see an individual's references.

2. Messages in your Outbox have not yet been opened by the recipient. Once they move to the Sent folder the recipient has opened the message.
