Cannot Private Message/General Ineptness

I really would like to private message to setup a deal.

I have my eye on a nice WoC listing.

My Private Messaging is disabled.

It is hard to "Contact the Admin" when that feature is disabled.

Any insights???
I am owed a reference from Erebion.
