Why do people use toilet paper to ship with?

no matter how tightly you pack it, when you go to file an insurance claim; it'll be denied.
newspaper, tp, paper towel and even plastic bags, do not constitute proper packing material.
it shouldn't even be allowed to be insured.

if you bring it to ups or one of the mailing company stores; they will either tell you to repack it or not allow you to insure it.
