Have you been checking the # from your customs form on the USPS site & the Brazil Post *English* site?
IMO, you should be checking those EVERY DAY. Any kind of movement or update should be reported to PayPal immediately.

Lower rating? You ship first.
Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.
To get some humor out of life and pass it on to other folk.
I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Want my help with a BTR or backout? All messages sent/posted should be in CHRONOLOGICAL order. Otherwise, I just won't read it.

I also called USPS, and gave the tracking number (physically)to my Postman and he is going to see what he can find internally. I am emailed and phone called out.
This is WAY too much trouble! After speaking to the Paypal Rep. I am convinced that shipping to these countries is a HUGE risk. They are (Paypal) is looking for a Delivery Confirmation and he told me that the only way to get that for sure with these countries was to send it Express mail.
Other ways can be disputed.
Nice to the guy, did all that he asked me to do and he shafts me. To date after the items were sent - he has never once mentioned the insurance and making a claim. I believe this guy knows we cant file a claim for the full amount.
<VERY FUSTRATED>-SIGH-

Actually Warlord, the only way to get delivery confirmation internationally (to their doorstep) through the USPS is to use Registered Mail or Signature Confirmation. Otherwise you need to use UPS or FedEX.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

Both need signatures. Both get scanned every step.
