If he's getting your PM's and not responding, he does NOT deserve your patience in waiting a month. The very least he could do is respond & set you at ease.
Doubly so if he is putting more ads up. If he has time to put ads up, but not to reply to your PM's when you have a deal- then nail him with a BTR.
Your next PM's header should read- "Reply now or I am starting a BTR on you.". Give him fair warning.

I have gone ahead and opened a BTR, plus updated it with stuff that happened today.

2+2=5 for sufficiently large values of 2.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.
