Don't like it? Then don't post in it. It's easy as that.

Re: Painting Competition V (futuristic/ scifi)
does that mean we can continiue paining untill you recieve those pics and resend you pics?
When dealing with me the following applies:
NIB = new in sealed blister
mint = new never stripped may or may not be in blister
assembled = mint assembled miniature
stripped = previously painted, may have minor paint residues
primed = single layer of primer, no obscurement of details
painted = may have one or multiple layers of paint, may be badly stripped with paint residues, pictures are best here
primed and painted minis are assumed to be assembled

Not to be a gloomy Gus, EZMac, but I remember "no late entries" and "I will not accept any past 12pm on Sunday" and "a firm cut off time". Don't get me wrong, you are doing a great service to Bartertown by running this thing, but I am looking for fairness, nothing less as I am sure the other 11 or so of us are.Paintbrushturkey wrote:does that mean we can continiue paining untill you recieve those pics and resend you pics?

I would agree with oaf. I would imagine the people who worked hard to get their entries in on time wouldn't be too happy to see others who didn't follow the rules getting special treatment. If someone signs up for a contest they agree to be bound by the rules of the contest. A contestant doesn't get to have the rules changed to suit them.

after reading with the comments posted i'd have to agree, although it would be nice to have more time, it is not fair to everyone who got their stuff 100% done in the timeframe alotted.

Re: Painting Competition V (futuristic/ scifi)
There will not be an extension, the pics I have with the correct time deadline will be in the voting, the others will not (all that I have now did make it).
I honostly just wanted a bit of leeway in the amount of time I had to get the pics up.

Well then, quit your lolly-gagging!
Lower rating? I ask that you ship first. Also, if I offer a stupidly good deal and you try to negotiate even lower...don't call it bad communication that you didn't get a reply. I deleted the message.

I thought it was very on topic
HEY GUYS!!!!! Long time no see!!
back on topic the time line thing (and my lack of time) was what frutraited me on the last contest...even with me taking 2nd place it was nerve racking knowing that some of the other bloaks got like 4 weeks instead of 2.
