FWIW, the pic I attached was a jpeg, and was less than 50kb in size.

Certain sites do not like certain file types (bmp usually being the worst offender), or file sizes. Rule of thumb is to keep file attachments small, usually around 50-300kb is a good size. Anything over a meg is usually not good.

FWIW I learned to read a lot in between the lines during my time in the service as well. Even moreso in my current career. Like Eric, I to stay out of that area. I was merely trying to be very specific as to what I could tell the problem might be, as well as pointing out that the same question had be asked several times before. I work with computers all day, every day. I deal with questions just like yours every day. It's not a big deal or voodoo to figure out a simple issue like this one, unless there is no specific info offered. At no time did I say or imply that you were being disrespectful.
