Yes, the sooner everyone knows that the kid will back out of a deal and not refund your less than five dollar shipping.

Clearly he is on par with Ticknor.

Clearly.

Okay, folks... simmer down.

Nuwisha... You have a point, though I think your (highly enjoyable, I might add) sarcasm hides it to those who may not look for it.

This guy isn't a scammer because he didn't pay the shipping costs back. Shoot... he sent the frigging item back. It cost HIM to ship it. If I had no other info, I'd say that he probably thinks they're even because he had to pay for the return shipping. (But wait, keep reading)

Have I changed my stance? No. I still think he deserves a neg., but the BTR board is for warning people about serious bad apples. Not a guy who makes a frigging error.

I'll tell you what, though...
This guy currently has SIX negative references against him by 6 different people. TDZ is the ONLY ONE who has gotten his stuff back.

TDZ shouldn't file a BTR on him, but those other 5 should. This guy is certainly more than someone who simply made a mistake.

I happened across the info of who this guy is. I won't share the name. It is public info, however and -if you search for ref's on those who have BTR's on them in the Bad Trader's forum- you WILL find him.

Currently, he's a -52.

Give me a sense of humor Lord. Give me the grace to see a joke.

I think what this situation needs is some imagination.

Jah.

This one thing alone isn't really worth the fuss. The other stuff going on, most definately warrants as much.

Eric:

I'm sorry, but I can't agree with you. Yes, he sent the item back. But TDZ is still out the $4.55 that he spent to ship in the first place.

If he had cancelled prior to TDZ shipping, that's OK. No costs would have been incurred.

If someone is cancelling a deal *AFTER* costs have been incurred, then it is incumbent upon the person cancelling to make the other person whole.

As as for the negatives, if the first BTR and Negative had been filed quickly, perhaps the others wouldn't have been stuck as badly.
