I found someone to trade with how do I remove the post to show that im nolonger looking to trade that item?

You can't remove it. You can edit it to show that a trade has been made and it will just fall off the boards on it's own.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.
