What's the best site for WHFB rules questions?

What's the best site for WHFB rules questions?

I've been reading through the WHFB rules and i'm coming up with some questions about things that aren't really clear. Can anyone recommend a site with a bunch of rules experts who won't mind answering various questions about situations that only rarely come up during games?
I follow the generally accepted practice that the person with the lower rating ships first.

Raving Naysayers and Fanboys aside..

Using Dakka Dakka's Warhammer Fantasy forums is pretty good.. they have a WHFB You Make Da Call rules question forum, as well as other WHFB support. It IS mostly a 40k site, but they have fantasy players as well.

Alas, that is the only pointer I can give ya, I am not a fantasy player myself.

If you don't have your Location listed in your User Control Panel, why not take a second and update it? It will let your trading partners know where you are from the beginning.

I use the Unofficial Porkuslime Trading Guidelines - if you have way less refs.. you ship first.

*ssholes aside, I like Dakka for rules questions and tactical information.
I've gotten tremendously better as a player since I started frequenting Dakka regularly.

since GW said it cost too much to maintain their forum, call the GW bunker.. it's an toll free number, so, call them. it must be alot cheaper for someone to answer the phone and use the phone line, than to post answers on the net. [sarcasm].

What army are you playing?? There are many sites specializing in one particular army. You'll get the most knowledge about that army, concentrated in one spot,along with general rules info. WHFB Dwarves has Bugman's Brewery for example.
